Opening our doors in May of 2020 amid a global pandemic, Poetica Coffee became a haven of normalcy and exceptional coffee quality. The community's immediate embrace provided solace and connection, reinforced by the comforting aroma of our freshly brewed coffee.

A pivotal moment came in October 2020 when Parviz welcomed his son, Noor. The Poetica Coffee family, extending beyond mere colleagues, supported him as he embraced fatherhood, underlining the deep bonds and collective support at our core.

The name "Poetica" honors the rich literary traditions of Uzbekistan, echoing the poetic heritage of Parviz's grandparents from Samarkand. Our coffee, like poetry, is a reflection of our passion and unwavering commitment to quality.
